Teen Transition Clinic can start as young as 12. There are several vocational options during and after high school. And if you or your loved one is well past college age, there is also a Senior Community Services Employment Program.

Alabama Medicaid offers seven waivers through a few operating agencies that are available at different stages of life. Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment as well as Targeted Case Management are also available.
