Transition Service

Transition services are designed to bridge the gap from high school to the adult world. Transition services consist of counseling and guidance, planning for college, vocational/technical education, competitive employment, supported employment, independent living, community integration, financial management, assistive technology, support services (transportation and maintenance, as needed).
